Hello Trumbullians! A quick set of updates for today and shortly after you return from spring break!

Friday, March 8th (today): Come to Trumbull Common Room (12:15-3pm) if you want Trumbull Merchandise. Representing the TCC, Jaxon Havens ’25, Mary He ’24, and Alex Mirrer ’24 will be present.

Tuesday, March 26th: If you want to learn more about your path through the world of Development and Alumni Affairs at Yale, #ForBrightCollegeYears will be in the Trumbull Common Room (7-8pm) with Insomnia Cookies as well as special swag giveaway for the first 40 students who stop by.

Thursday, March 28th: In collaboration with Yale Journalism Initiative and the Afro-American Cultural Center, we will host a Tea with Wesley Morris, a Pulitzer Prize winning author, a critic-at-large for The New York Times, and a Trumbull Alumnus, in the Trumbull Common Room (4-5pm). We hope there’s a great turnout!

Monday, April 1st: The Mellon Forum (only for selected seniors) will be hosted at the HoC House continued with leadership from Adam Sexton, Lecturer in English in collaboration with Reese McLeod, Senior Administrative Assistant II.

Applications to become a Dwight Hall Urban Fellow are currently open. Initiated in 1996, Dwight Hall Urban Fellows is an academic-year program for Yale undergraduates to gain professional skills and funding to work closely with New Haven community service or governmental organizations. Past partners have included Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services, the Public Defender’s Office, the City of New Haven, the Urban Design League, and more.
