Internal Academic Record
The academic record is an internal advising document available only to currently enrolled Yale College students. The academic record does not take the place of an official transcript. Students may obtain copies of their internal academic record only from their Residential College Deans. There is no charge for the production of the academic record.
The Office of the University Registrar has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide certificates of enrollment for students in Yale College. Students are able to obtain a document confirming enrollment instantly by visiting the National Student Clearinghouse’s MyHub site. Enrollment certificates from the NSC display the Yale watermark.
To access your enrollment certificate, please click on the “Download Certificates” button, found on the top of the landing page after you log into the NSC MyHub. The log-in credentials are the same that the student uses for Yale’s SIS/Yale Hub system.
